what is the maintenance acceptance review?
in order for us to provide our best service to you we need to take a look “under the hood” of your website. wordpress has thousands of themes and plugins and we want to be sure that we can support you. we will ask you for access to your website at this point.
what if you can't support me?
in the majority of situations this will not be the case. we currently support hundreds of client websites. however, if we feel that your site cannot be supported by our packages due to the themes or plugins which are installed we will offer to rebuild the site for you on the most up to date technology at a discounted rate.
do i have to pay by direct debit?
for monthly plans, yes. we support a lot of sites and in order to keep our accounts administration to a minimum, monthly plans are paid in advance by direct debit. we will provide the direct debit instruction during the onboarding process.
annual plans can be paid by direct debit or by invoice, payable within 14 days.
